Intermediaries in Business

Business is such a field which involves several or even many elements to support its running. A business at least consists of two parties, producer and consumer who need each other and can’t stand alone. In most businesses, there are more than two parties involved so that it’s called as business chain. Besides producer and consumer, there are several parties who act as middlemen or commonly known as wholesalers. Wholesaler is one of business chain’s components who sell goods in large quantities to be retailed by others. I think there should be many people who prefer to be wholesalers since they don’t really like or have limitations to be producers. At least this is what some friends of mine have done in running their business. Being wholesalers could also be such a good business opportunities since both producers and consumers need their service. Producers need wholesalers to distribute their products to the retailers or even to the consumers. On the other side consumers also need wholesalers or retailers’ service to get their requirements. This is because consumers are not able to get the products from the producers directly which usually sell products in large quantities. If there are a number of producers who really want to get their products delivered to the consumers, then there should be a large number of wholesalers or retailers who act as intermediaries. In other words, there should be a lot of opportunities in this business field if people are able to catch them as well.

At this modern era people are claimed to be more creative and innovative in order to keep survive. There are a large number of people who really want to get more income by having certain kind of business. One of the most popular businesses for these recent years is online business. In my opinion running an online business should be more profitable rather than an ordinary one especially for the seller. The most beneficial thing of running an online business for the sellers is they don’t have to spend much money to offer or promote their products or services. Besides the sellers even don’t need to have such an official shop since it’s able to be done at home. The last reason seems to be a good one why many housewives and mothers prefer to run online business so that they could have much time at home. I’ve just inspired by a young mother who whose story was loaded in a newspaper. She offers various kinds of second-hand baby’s stuffs through her site. Either the seller or buyer could access her site easily. Most sellers come from her hometown while the buyers are often from other areas. The delivery of each online order from other area isn’t a big matter since there are many expedition companies who provide this service. I think she has been such a good third party who has successfully connected the sellers and buyers in an easier way. She is the one who could see a good business opportunity which might have not already been thought yet by the others.
